Riding on the Generative AI Hype, CDP Needs a New Definition in 2024

Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (Gen AI) are taking SaaS platforms to new heights. Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) in martech, for example, are currently at the center of every customer experience (CX) management discussion. In short, the AI inflection point in CDPs is here.
